METALFEST OPEN AIR 2024 – 31.5. – 2.6. 2024, Amphitheater Lochotín, PILSEN

The 13th year of the international metal festival METALFEST OPEN AIR will start in PILSEN, Lochotín Amphitheater soon! The festival kicks off on Friday, May 31st at 12:30pm! The entrance to the festival area traditionally opens for you one hour before the start of the festival program, i.e. on Friday, May 31st at 11:30am!

This year, for the third time, METALFEST will run in a proven and reliable cashless payment system in the area and in its immediate vicinity. Paying with this "cashless" system is simple, convenient and safe.

Topping up here is also possible in EUR! You will receive a festival bracelet with a chip directly at the event, after presenting the QR code for topping up, which can be found in your profile. You can then have the unused credit returned to your bank account within 14 days after the event. Cash is non-refundable! Download the NFCtron mobile app to your phone, load the chip and track your spending. Thanks to the application, you can also evaluate the orders made, receive notifications about the payments made, and after the end of the event, you can easily request the return of the remaining credit back to your bank account within 14 days. The application is available in the App Store and Google Play.

TOP-UP OF CREDIT WILL BE POSSIBLE ON SITE TOO.
As soon as you receive your festival bracelet with a chip in the wristband exchange container, you can top it up on the spot (cash or by credit card) for a fee of CZK 30 for the first top-up. You will receive an information sheet with a link and a QR code, which you should keep carefully to check your credit balance and return the remaining credit. You can top up your bracelet with a chip in EUR on the spot (but, beware, only banknotes will be accepted). However, we recommend payment by card for your convenience.

There will be two charging stations, just like last year. One on the meadow in front of the festival area and the other right in the area in the upper part, in the refreshment zone!

Cash or card payments will not be possible in the area or in its immediate vicinity!
