The popular international metal festival METALFEST OPEN AIR starts the summer metal festival season every year at the beginning of June in the Lochotín Amphitheatre in PILSEN! This year is no different! Can't wait either?

Master Tobi Sammet and his famous metal opera AVANTASIA are heading to this year's 15th edition of the METALFEST, you will see the iconic Brazilian band SEPULTURA live for the very last time, the iconic Americans ANTHRAX will arrive, the legendary ACCEPT will celebrate their 50th anniversary on stage in a spectacular show full of interesting guests, and you can also look forward to the stellar PAIN, GOTTHARD, KAMELOT, BATTLE BEAST with a new singer, BEYOND THE BLACK, DOMINUM, ECLIPSE and a big pack of other fantastic bands!

ATTENTION! This year, the metal summer starts even a little earlier! On June 3rd, 2026, the mighty Swedish warriors SABATON will launch their bombastic show in the Lochotín Amphitheatre in PILSEN!
