Popular German happy metal pioneers FREEDOM CALL have released a brand new single and video for the song “Heavy Metal Happycore”. Petri Lindroos from ENSIFERUM also appeared on the song.

Singer/guitarist Chris Bay about the song: “The brand new song “Heavy Metal Happycore” was born from the idea of creating a superlative of the musical style “Happy Metal”. With the song “Heavy Metal Happycore”, the band, known for its extremely melodic and catchy metal style combined with positive and life-giving lyrics, has created another and previously unseen, yet simple characteristic element. With the imagination of our incredible audience, we decided to write a song that will immediately captivate the listener and emphasize all the typical elements of our musical style... a song that will ultimately lead us to a new era of happy metal, HAPPYCORE!"
