The long wait is over. Finally, what you've been wanting for a long time is here. We are introducing the possibility of purchasing electronic tickets. After successfully completing all the technical challenges, we are ready to launch this long-awaited ticketing option from today.
How to do it? To purchase an e-ticket, simply select the desired event (if the e-ticket option is available for that event). After selecting the event, you will be able to choose the delivery method "Electronic ticket (print@home)". Then fill in the registration details and make the payment online.
Our e-ticket processing fee is one of the lowest on the market.
After successful payment, your tickets will be accessible in your user account.
We recommend you to download and store your purchased tickets safely! You can download them in classic A4 format (PDF) for printing or in digital format (PKpass) for saving in Apple Wallet.
At the event itself, all you have to do is load the ticket code and you're done. You will never lose your ticket again!
Of course, you still have the option to buy classic, printed tickets, the choice is yours. However, it is important to note that once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the form of the ticket!
Please note some limitations:
- Electronic tickets are not available for events with fixed seating, or for events where this is not possible for technical reasons (for each event, there is information on the availability of the ticket form).
- Electronic tickets cannot be combined in one order with other goods from our e-shop or with printed tickets. In this case, please split your order.
